Hello everyone. I've been around for a while, but I just found this board today for some reason or another. I'm hoping to migrate some of my characters from Corsairs of the Black Flag onto here with just minor editing to their backstories.
I'm a hardcore roleplayer pursuing a degree in English. I love to write, and socializing with others through a large story is my idea of a great time. You can call me Ranuu, if you want, as that's my normal username. I just use Rakiir for the sake of nostalgia.
Anyone remember me? Anyone at all? xD;
Let's see... I was also Bladefang, Shade, Konoriju, Flya the Sparra, Pssyn the Adder, and an old rabbit character that I can't remember. Haha, great times. If any of those ring a bell, feel free to go "Ho'crap, I remember you, you old man!"

Lol! Hey I don't know you from any sites but I've only been RPing for a year or so. But anyway welcome! It'll be cool to see you RP seeing as how all my posts are about a paragraph long. I hope to learn somthing!
But I was just thinking it seems like evry one on this site is in collage or going to be really soon. I barley in High School (as you can tell be my horrible grammer/spelling XD) Anyway I feel really young and naive. Is there anybody here that not 17 or above?

Thanks, Thaidan =) I started roleplaying during my Freshman year of high school, so don't worry about that. Being around people who might be a bit above your level will do wonders for your skill, so I expect you to be at my level or above soon  I hope to roleplay with you soon =) well, as soon as I get my character finished up. |

Wow, you got your start a hell of a long time sooner than I did! I didn't even start writing creatively until I was almost sixteen... I feel so old *is nineteen*. Uh... cool to meet you =D
It's going well, actually. Can't wait to rp with all of you. Or to write my character up... haha, I'm so slow at these things... then again, on the other board, he was a good guy, so I have to rewrite his personality and bio, and make his skills more of a dark version of what they were.
Oh, also, does anyone have any problem with me linking him to Plugg? As you can probably tell by his last name, Rakiir is supposed to be distantly linked to the old pirate, but how distantly depends on the timeline. On the other board, he was a grandson, but he's also been thirteen generations removed.
I like to ask before linking him, though.

I find no problem with it, as long as you don't say he's just the son. Plugg Firetail was in... What? Triss, right? Let's see, about 5 books ago since the last one... Hm...
I'd say like:
Great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandosn or something. But maybe it'd be easier to say ancestor. XD
