**A small boat sails through the water sluggishly, manned by only two creatures. A young foxmaid and a slightly older searat. The foxmaid is steering, the searat is repairing a hole in the small cabin. the foxmaid shouts to him, seeing the Lancebreaker sailing closer towards them.**

**Sunce turned to see her brother shouting to her. Glad that he is safe, she throws a rope down and helps him up** Aye Icey, glad your all fine. See that ship over there? thats the Lancebreaker, the ship we all three wish to join. Aint she just so beautiful? I hope it'll be getting close soon, I wish to speak to the captain!

" 'ey Skip! De'res a dingy on tha' horizon!" Immediately Everybeast on board came to attention grabbing their weapons and a long spear. That meant business. No beast or ship came within' viewing distance without being spotted by the Skipper of Sea otters and his crew. The Skipper shot out from his cabin and made his way to the front of his ship, The Lancebreaker The ship that has patrolled the waters everyday since the title "Skipper of the Sea" was beset on him. The ship that has withstood countless storms, The Ship that has been in more battles than there are teeth on all his crew members. The Ship that had been nicked Steel.
The Skipper propped his foot on the railing. "Fire two at there side...." He said leaning on his spear. "Aye Skip!"
Two cannons pointing frontward at the ship, fired with an echoing boom. The projectiles landed on either side on the dingys sending a wall of water high in the air. This was warning...make yourself friendly now or be sent to the depth...that was the message they were trying to give...and they gave it quiet well. "Fire two more..." He said. They fired...

**Sunce felt the wave of spray hit her as the cannonballs hit the water.** Ay! **she shouts** Grab the thing! you know, the thing?!? **Ay thinks for a split second then dashes into the cabin, coming back out with a white rectangle of cloth on a short stick. he waves it in the air, trying to show that this small ship is friendly** Sunce, you think they be seein it? **Sunce nods after thinking for a moment, waiting to see the Lancebreakers reaction**

**Sunce nods in brief thanks, and hands the spear to Ay, and he ties the white rectangle securely to it. He waves it high in the air, trying to grab the crews attention. Sunce pats her brother on the back** Icey, I'm glad your here, I hope we all get a position on the ship.

A beat-up, fat looking otter grabbed his spyglass from his belt...which was broken... He peered through it with his sore eye seeing the flag waving about in the air. " 'ey Skip! Their bobbin' about wavin their war flag! I think they wanna ram us!" He said Hopping about causing quiet a scene and stirring up much lust for battle. The Skipper however stayed calm. As the dingy got closer he made an order..."Fire two at their sides!" he shouted again. He drew his pistol and aimed it at the front of the dingy and fired.
*SNAP!* was the sound the wood made as the ball from the Skipper's pistol hit the deck of the dingy. In all the excitement the rest of the crew drew their pistols and started firing...hardly a one hitting anything...with the exception of a few here and there on the deck.

**Sunce ground her teeth together, she grabs something to write with along with her bow and arrow. she scribble "we surrender." on the white surrender flag. she attachtches it to the arrow, pulls it back on the string, aiming somewhere where the crew will see it, but will not hit any of them. she then dives into the sea along with Ay, swimming away from the boat** Come on Ay, swim like a mermaid!!

The arrow landed In the railing by the Skipper. He pulled it out and looked at it. "Hold it mates!" He shouted holstering his pistol. "Swim back or the next thing to go through your mind with be a ball of lead!" he said before turning to his crew. " Toss the rope overboard....Anybeast to touch anything on their belt gets cooked..." he said in warning to his crew.
