[Scarlet]

Scarlet nodded. " Ah, but it was fun staying here for a bit, yes? Don't worry, where we're going next will have plenty of fat merchant ships to take over!" She said, a glint of greed in her cerulean eyes.

That was one of the differences between her and Emmeline; She was not so much the greedy sort of creature, like Scarlet was. She loved gold, jewels and any thing valuable.

Emmeline was growing impatient of the treasures they might find. Tough Emmeline wasn't particularly greedy, she could be a bit too eager for adventure. She sighed wheazily, and muttered under her breath words that made no sense.

Suddenly, she noticed their trot had taken them closer to the ship. It was a pretty ship, but she wondered how it would take her to adventure " I'm not looking for Treasure miss, ap'n. I'm looking for something to dare me on - you know eh?"

[Firestripe]

*Firestripe raised an eyebrow.* "To dare you on? Well then, I guess it's a good thing your sailing with us because, if you hadn't noticed, we do tend to run into trouble quite a bit." *They did indeed run into trouble quite a bit. This being one of the reasons he had bought Vera besides the fact that having such a big gun was just plain great. Also besides the fact that he was one of the few beasts that could actually use Vera.*

(OOC: So we decided to skip to the next morning when they are leaving Forenway, correct? BTW, I know, short short post, couldn't think of anything to do or say! lols, that happens to me alot.


The crew were bustling about, and the ship was loud and noisy as all the crew readied the ship to sail. Scarlet was supervising, standing by the helm. She was slightly sad that they were leaving Forenway, but she still couldn't wait to get out on the open seas.

[Firestripe]

*Firestripe was on deck, walking around making sure everybeast was doing their work and not getting into fights or whatever else. For the first time ever there were no fights to break up nor any beasts to yell at because they weren't doing their work. Of course, the reason why there was none of that happening was because today Firestripe was carrying Vera around with him and that created quite an imposing figure seeing as how Vera was almost as big as most of the vermin on board. He smiled to himself at the reaction Vera was causing from the crew as his walking led him to Scarlets side.* "Morning, Scar. Everything seems to be going smoothly this morning, huh?"

[Vrelt]

(OOC:Since Seyda is on this ship I guess I could post something here. Is that alright?)

Seyda had been closely overseeing the crew as well, making sure all the supplies were loaded and in the right place aboard the Nightpearl. Careful preparation was needed in order to keep this ship in line, Seyda also had the crew all ready to haul anchor and hoist the sails, once Scarlet gave the order to set sail.

Seyda took his leave from helping the crew, and the ferret made his way over to Scarlet. After walking briskly to her, he threw a salute with a crooked smile on his face. "We're ready to sail, Captain. Just give the order."

Vorai had been strolling and touring the decks of the Nightpearl. Wow... It was an amazing ship. He hadn't really said a word since Fang had been fired. He wondered how he had been doing. "Whatever... It's his fault..." He said out loud. He walked on the main deck and helped get the crew ready. "Unfurl those sails... Make sure all the cargo is tied down and secure..." He somewhat shouted but not that loud, just s everybeast could here him. He walked over to where Scarlet was. "Morning, cap." He said with a smile. For some odd reason, he only smiled when around his captain and her crew. He never smiled any other time he wasn't killing. He mentall shrugged. "Is there anything you want me to do, miss?"

(OOC: Whew, so many questions to answer! lol)

Scarlet nodded. " Yes, exactly as is supposed to be... I just heard that there is a fat merchant ship sailing from farther down north to Mossflower; She ought to be heavy enough to be slow, so I think we can catch up and seize her. Then there'll be plenty of gold for us all after we sell all the loot." She said, a smug look on her face as she imagined the frightened crew cringing in her presence when she stole everything they had on their ship. She promptly turned to Vrelt " Yes, tell the crew to make way!" She said, adding to herself We need to catch up to that ship!.

"Aye, cap'n!" Vorai said. Even though the order wasn't really directed to him, he felt he'd help Seyda out a bit. He walked over to the main deck. "Make way! Tie up the cannons! Batten down all hatches! Tie down the cargo! Now!" He said. He saw someone slacking, and taking on a difficult task alone. A thin ferret was trying to stack up 4 giant boxes packed with sugar alone. Looking back, he saw that Scarlet hadn't seen the ferret yet. He decided he'd help him out. He stacked the 4 boxes and held them there while the ferret tied them up. He gave the ferret a wink then ran to Scarlet. "If ye need me, cap, Ill be in my bunk." He smiled yet again.

As the ship began to cast off Splicer hobbled up the gang plank "WHO BE DAR CAPTIN ON DIS SHIP!" he roared "FER I BE LOOKIN FAR A ROUGH AN TUMBLE BUNCH OF SURVEY DOGS AND I EAR THAT THE NIGHTPEARL BE DAH PLACE TO BE LOOKIN! he pointed a hairless gnarled finger at wolf loading boxes of sugar "YOU WOLFIE WHO BE TAH CAPIN ON TIS HERE SHIP SPEK UP! WOT YE GOT CLOTH EARS? I SAID SPEK UP!"
